Fine bulgur
I wanted to try #1 bulgur; I've bought #2 of a different brand (BRM is #2). This is very good, has a nice flavor. It is good for "refined" dishes, but i'll stay with #2 or even #3 for my more "rustic" dishes.

Delicious bulgur wheat. Very small so it can be used just like regular - and probably for fine desserts made with a finer texture. Good product, reliable company. It's really too small to make tabouli though. I make a pilaf with seasonings and veggies which is great as an accompaniment to meet. Also I just eat it for breakfast cuz it's good for you.

This is a very good product. I cooked it in my aroma, rice cooker and it was wonderful.

Perfect for tabouli!
I got this to make Tabouli and it works perfectly for that. I am shocked at how easy it is to make this dish, and since this only needs to be sprinkled on and given time to soften, there’s no cooking involved! I can’t find it locally, so I am grateful to be able to get it here!

It’s ok. Wife was expecting bulghur to be more whole, not so broken down. All and all still very good.

Needed this for a summer salad but didn't have time to drive to a store that carried this product. Checked the price at the store and it was more expensive to buy at the store
