My hair has grown and the shine has returned after taking these supplements. The pills are pretty big but easy to swallow, with minimal taste and smell. You get a good amount for the price, and they mix well with my other vitamins.

I also love that it includes Vitamin C and Biotin, so I don't have to take those as separate supplements. • Pros: Easy to incorporate into a routine, 6000mg is a great dosage, no weird aftertaste. • Cons: The caplets are a bit large, so keep that in mind if you have trouble swallowing pills.

Those are very good collagen supplements, longer you not using tretinoin cream with those. Because those have trace of sufla. So tretinoin cream would not work with those collagen supplements. I had to change for different one because it has trace of sufla in. Tablets are pretty big and you have to take 6 of them per day.

Good supplement for my nails and hair not to mention my overall health. adequate value for the money. easy to swallow and digest neutral smell and taste. My skin fells a little fuller as well

I’ve been taking these for almost a year and I’d like to think they’re helping my hair, skin and nails! They don’t taste like anything and I take them with food and a bunch of water! I’m going to keep on taking them because biotin and vitamin C are both good for you and I’ve read they’re also anti aging so combined with the collagen I really can’t go wrong:)

I am in my 6th bottle of this Collagen and I love it! My hair has way less fallout and is getting thicker like it was in my 20s. My skin is really nice too the wrinkles I had when I bent my elbows is almost completely gone.
