So, me and my wife absolutely love this. At the current time there is/was only one size. I made it work for my size by just sliding it on to whatever side. It heats up quickly. I just wish they would make more in different sizes. It fits perfectly for my wife who is 5'3".

I’m not a huge fan of the on/off remote switch situation and temp changer and I wish the tightness was adjustable and not just one semi small clasp. Other than that itll do the job perfectly well if i have something to hold it against the back of my neck.

Worst heatpad I ever had!! Does not get warm enough. All 3 levels of heat feel the same and is much much smaller than it looks in the picture.

Ordered item on October 6th and didn't work anymore on December 2nd. Definitely not durable.

I loved it while it lasted! It stopped working after a few months of daily use.Update* I unplugged the connector that is attached to the pad and it is working again!

This works. The switch on it is very analog, basic, and functional. I just with it got warmer. The "high" setting is what I would call low in comparison to my other traditionally shaped heat pad.

It's a heating pad ... works well for tense neck muscles BUT the cape is too small for a large (big bones, not fat) man. Yes, we could snap it, but it was choke-collar tight. We had to pin twill tape to make a closure.

The heat is great but it's just a little too small and lightweight.
