After literally looking through more than 30+ different shower heads like this one, I went ahead and picked this one during Prime Day. Such a great decision!Pros: very easy to install, feels like it’s good quality, great water pressure, really has a calming/rain feeling from the mounted head, and the handheld shower head has nice options for different water speeds/pressures, mounted head moves and can easily be tilted up/down/left/rightCons: only two - 1) you can’t use both shower heads at the same time (our old one allowed this/both to put out water at the same time) 2) To change from the mounted head to the handheld head, the lever is back behind the mounted head - not a huge deal, but a lower or more frontal lever would have been a little bit better of a designOverall, we LOVE this and have thought about ordering another one for our spare bathroom!Pro Tip: (see picture) the box shows to mount the handheld head much lower than the mounted head - we didn’t follow these directions on purpose! We mounted the “handheld” head at about the same level/height as the mounted head - this allows you to either leave the handheld head in the mount but have the different water pressures hit you like a normal shower head would, or to take it down to use. It also makes cleaning easier as the shower heads are in the same area. The handheld shower head does tilt left to right while still mounted, and this is also a very nice feature (ours is mounted left, but we keep it in the mount sometimes and tilt it right if we want that type of pressure vs the mounted head) - I hope that makes sense and helps someone else out!

It took me about 30min to install including stopping the leaking with the tape. I’m not a handyman. It practically doesn’t come with any directions. The handheld shower is made out of cheap plastic, but everything works fine. The main shower head is good with plenty of water pressure. You can use both heads at the same time if you want.

I haven't had this set very long but it is by fair the best shower head thing I've ever purchased. The rain fall head (big square one) has good pressure and the handheld makes getting all the shampoo out of your hair a breeze (also makes cleaning the shower walls super easy). Of note- this particular kit doesn't include any extension arm so rather than a rainfall shower head think of it as a big square shower head unless you add an extension arm of some sort.The splitter has three modes- just the rainfall head, just the handheld sprayer, or both at the same time. In addition, the handheld sprayer has a big on/off button on it so you can technically have it set to be rainfall head with on/off handheld sprayer (along with all the other modes the handheld sprayer has). When you switch on the sprayer this way, though, just don't point it at yourself first as the water in the line will be cold.There is also a slight drop in pressure when using both at the same time. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.Included with the kit was enough teflon tape to tape all the connections and have some extra left over. I used it on all the threaded connections just to make sure there were no leaks. All the twist connections I simply hand tightened as tight as I could get them and that seems to have been sufficient.The hose is super long, way longer than I expected. Realistically, in my size bathtub shower space (which is a little bit on the smaller side) I could have the rainfall on one side and the handheld on the opposite side and probably still have some slack in the line.I didn't use the handheld sprayer peel and stick mount choosing instead to get some water proof outdoor twist tie wire things and made a little hook and hook the handheld sprayer onto the corner shelf thing I have.I haven't had any of the problems other reviewers have had with leaking or things falling apart so far but if I do I will come back to update this review. I'm super super happy I made this purchase as it is the best low cost shower head thing I've ever purchased.

WOW! This showerhead was everything we wanted and MORE! It was super easy to install and the additional attachment we haven't had any issues with it sticking to the shower wall. I have never wanted to take 10 showers a day, but this showerhead is like a spa experience and I would take that many a day of I could! I suffer from tension migraines as well as sever back issues and I must say the force from this showerhead really helps almost like a massage with nice hot water and even if you're just looking to take a regular shower you will come out feeling like you've been to an expensive spa and had the full treatment - so relaxing! Our dog even loves bath time now! I have very long/thick hair as well and it used to take forever to shampoo and condition my hair but this showerhead gets the job done QUICK! This was well worth the money and I'm telling everyone I know that they must get this showerhead or I'll be gifting this for Christmas for sure!
