This is has the scientifically proven quantities that every pre-workout should have. I use caffeine free and I love it. Know what to look for in your pre-workouts! I haven’t found another that compares to Pump Fuel.

Flavor is good, mixes in water, but not completely. You will have to swirl the last bit of water around to consume whats left. Didn’t find it made any difference in my workout. Maybe it’s due to the lack of caffeine. However, I was looking for a pre-workout supplement without the caffeine as most of them have it in an abundance. For the expense of this product, it would be better to get another brand with the caffeine and call it a day. This product is not worth the cost. Also, I found I did not have a good night sleep after taking this more than 12 hours earlier in the day before a workout. This was the reason I wanted a caffeine free product to begin with.
