Timeless Skin Care Vitamin C Plus E 10 Percent Ferulic Acid Serum Serum Unisex 0.5 oz

I bought this as an alternative to SkinCeuticals. I liked that the container is a pump instead of a dropper, so less of the products is exposed to air. My face looks brighter. It has lightened my major hyperpigmentation as well. The product is holding up well in the fridge. The bottle does leak a bit. This is a really great alternative to expensive vitamin c serums. I'm going to try the 20% next.

The effect is good,doesnt irritate my skin. Really want to give 5 star ,The only negative thing i can say is the MFG date. The item i bought manufactured this june 2023 and it is now end of august. The serum is a lil bit yellow-ish color. It oxidized already i believe. Some said they received their serum no color at all(water like color) .We know vit c serum must not turns orange to dark brown color. The smell is fine(orange smell). I dont have any irritation. But i believe that the potency decreases once oxidizes. This is my second time buying this. hoping on my next purchased would get my expectation on the product.

I am a regular user of Timeless CEF Serum and love the product and price point. I received my product on July 18 and immediately put in the fridge because I had a little more to use in my previous bottle. So in the fridge to extend life of product as is the advice for vitamin c products. Today I used for first time and immediately noticed the dark orange color and bad hot dog water smell. No I realize it smells like hot dog water once it oxidizes. Cause usually I never smell that when product is active and fresh. Amazon sent me a product that was less than a month away from expiration date of August 7, 2022. I received it on July 18. I didn’t notice this date when I first got it but did today after I saw the discoloration and bad smell. I’ve never had any issues with Timeless Skincare products. I should of purchased from the Timeless website but was just ordering the one product so I went the easy route with Amazon. Today I tried to return the product for a refund since they sent a near expired product which is a bad business practice especially for skincare. When I’ve purchased from Timeless directly they always send a fresh batch to ensure the longest shelf life and efficacy. I guess Amazon doesn’t care about that. I wound up not returning for refund because it’s not worth my time/effort seeing as how Amazon won’t pay for return by providing pick up from my home. This must be a new policy. Because previously I’ve returned products easily and for free with their pick up service. The only free options were to drop off at select locations. Which is not convenient for me as I am disabled and not able to drive to the locations. The fee to have Amazon pick up at my house was nearly $8. You advertise free returns with Prime Membership which I have been for many years now. But all of a sudden that free return policy isn’t really free when you have to jump through hoops to return a product that they messed up. Stop sending out nearly expired products and then not providing a TRUE FREE RETURN process. We have very frequent Amazon delivery to our home and it could have easily set up a pick up on a day they deliver other packages. But even that wasn’t an option on the return options. If I’m going to pay the expensive PRIME MEMBERSHIP I expect it should stick to its claim of FREE RETURNS. Driving around town to find a drop off location doesn’t make it free or convenient especially for disabled customers. Not to mention gas prices these days. Maybe Amazon should make another option to pick up on next time a delivery to your address happens. Seems logical and a good compromise to me and I’m sure many others. So at the price this product was it’s not worth it for me to return it unless they will pick it up for free. And that wasn’t an option. So I’ll eat the $14 and head over to Timeless Skincare’s website and order my serum knowing they always take care of their customers and have always been very helpful!

Shocked at how great this product is. It is a total dupe of two other brands that are insanely expensive. This is even better because it is not in a dropper and does not oxidize! I will purchase again!

I’ve been using this for around a month now, I got it because the PH is supposed to be good for sensitive skin. So far so good, it applies better than any other vitamin c serum I’ve tried, no sticky residue. The serum lightly smells of sweet potatoes lol. I have combo skin

This is the best vit C on the market! A great alternative to another very expensive brand that contains C, E and ferulic acid. I have sensitive skin and can tolerate this on a daily basis. It also has zero smell which i appreciate. The new air tight containers are much better than previous.

The product came with the Vit C in a very orange color as you can see from pictures and has a unpleasant smell, which indicates the product is old (09/07/23), and not as effective as it should be. As a result I am giving it a bad review. I am putting this product in the rubbish as it’s not safe to use it.

The product I received had already oxidised and was orange in colour, which it shouldn’t be. So unfortunately it had already lost its good properties and was basically useless.
