I have been using this product for a few years now and I can’t fault it for a gentle cleanse. I use it approximately every 6 weeks, or so, for one week. I take only one pill before bed and when I wake the next morning I’m done in 2 very easy trips to the bathroom. I had a routine colonoscopy about a year ago and the surgeon said my colon looked healthier than most people my age, so I will continue use of this for the foreseeable future.

I would say the following might be TMI, but this is a cleanse product so I assume you came to the comments for this kind if info: This works well, but I have only been taking one pill. The packaging suggests 1 pill for a few days, then 2. I think taking 2 would result in a "shock and awe campaign" on my colon and I dont feel that would be a fun way to spend my morning. I take 1 before bed with a glass of water, relax in bed for an hour, then sleep 7-8 hours. Within half an hour of getting up, I have to go. It is a good sized movement, not very loose. It feels a bit urgent, but not like i have to run to the bathroom or am risking an accident. About 30min later, I need to go again. It is a bit less and looser. Over the next hour, I go 1 or 2 more times, with the looseness increasing but the volume decreasing. Then it is done. My plan is to use 1 pill a day for 2 weeks, then wait the 6weeks the package suggests and do it again. That way I'll get 2 gentle cleanses for the price of one and not have to worry about violent movements wrecking my mornings

Excellent product, I love it, I highly recommend it 10/10, it's my favorite.

I’m just going to give a fair warning, this thing hurtsss but works so well. Every time I take it before bed, I get woken up to the worst stomach cramps of my life and then make a beeline to the bathroom. You will be stuck on the toilet in and off for an hour or two from the sign of the first cramp.id give this five stars if it wasn’t so painful but it definitely gets the job done
