StudiologicMagnetic Music Stand Plate for SL88 Series Controllers

It is expensive, but if you have an SL keyboard and you use a music stand this is a must buy.
Looks really slick, low profile, easyish to take off an put on. I've heard some people complain that it wobbles a lot and doesn't stay in place very well, I almost returned it for this reason, but I will tell you how I fixed it if you are interested:You can put the stand in place backwards and push away from you to bend the metal tabs to a better angle. With the tabs bent more vertically the magnet on the bottom is able to engage with the keyboard case and the tabs actually help press the magnet in place so it is not wobbly at all anymore. It is expensive, but if you have an SL keyboard and you use a music stand this is a must buy.

Came slightly broken, hopefully doesnt happen often
Came with one of the magnets that holds it onto the back missing. So it barely stays on but i could screw it in the back instead if i wanted to. Still thinking of getting more for the convenience but wish it wasnt so expensive.

Too flimsy for heavier books
I bought this stand for my SL88 Grand, hoping to use it with gig material like Real Books and binders full of music. Unfortunately the stand is too flimsy for bigger items like this, even using the optional brackets. The stand is constantly swaying back and forth as I play because the metal's just too thin.I almost wonder if my SL88 is deformed or an outdated version or something, because the stand and brackets don't seem to fit very well either. But bottom line, the stand is thin and the brackets are plastic and flexible too, so don't expect to use this with a fake book.
