Just an alcohol spray not an herbal remedy
Pure alcohol! It burns like heck if you have a sore throat and there's so much alcohol that you cannot feel the herbal aspects. Also it's a wide angle spray, so it doesn't go to the back of the mouth, but onto the teeth and gums. Very expensive for the value.
