It does work
I have been using this throat spray for years. Use it when you start to feel any type of irritation. It's works wonders. For those who have never tried it, it does not have a pleasant taste, but you get accustomed to it. Also if your throat is irritated when you use it, it will burn when you spray your throat

Great
When I was sick with Covid and had throat soreness, this spray soothed my throat gradually. Taste is a little bitter but not as bad.

Scam - not herbal, straight alcohol. More harmful than helpful.
This does not taste bitter/herbal as some reviews state - it tastes like straight alcohol. It made me nauseous to use it and I had to chase it with copious amounts of orange juice to get most of the taste out of my mouth. I'm sure if you grabbed rubbing alcohol off a store shelf and garbled with that every hour, it would kill sore throat germs too. Half an hour later, my throat is significantly more sore after using it than it was before. I tried to request a refund and amazon prompted me to either visit Gaia's customer service portal, for which the link didn't work, or call a phone number, which was definitely NOT for Gaia herbs. What a scam. Pay attention to the number of reviews, extremely low. I missed that red flag.
