I used it in conjunction with an elbow ice pack.

I first bought a pair because my tennis elbow was hurting and I couldn’t workout. These enabled me to get back into the gym. I use them now to prevent possible flair ups. They are extremely supportive, don’t roll or move and very comfortable. I’ve used similar compression sleeves that cost a lot more and they rolled, pinched and did not last long. I’ve had mine for a long time and have recommended them to many people who I thought could benefit from them. Great product!

Fit perfectly the first 3 days then ended up with it a little loose at bottom, narrower end of arm and a little tight at top, wider end of arm. I wish it stayed equally snug at both ends, but otherwise it works fine. Also very nice that they sent 2- one for both arms.

In the picture it shows 2 compression sleeves and 1 bracelet compression thing but you will only receive 2 sleeves ,they work but I wouldn't have ordered had I known it wasn't coming with the bracelet compression thing

If you've ever experienced sharp pain and tingling at night or during the day. This item is for you. It's great for the relief of all the tingling sensation in your hand and elbow. It's almost therapeutic! I wear it all day. As a truck driver, it makes my job much easier to hold the steering wheel and shift gears while driving. Plus, at night it allows me to sleep better without waking to that tingling feeling.

I have tennis elbow on both sides. I got this to wear at night when I’m having a flair up. Seems more comfortable than the usual bands I wear. They occasionally cause my arms to throb and wake me up. Just a bit snug around my biceps. Otherwise, comfortable.

Excellent quality and good value for your money

Unobtrusive. Comfortable and quite supportive. Used it for my golfers elbow.

These are a god quality and thick pair of elbow supports. I do like the knitted type of supports, as they keep the joint warm as well as compressing them. I have worn them whilst training Brazilian jiu-jitsu and they stayed in place great. They have good compression, but I have only worn them a couple of hours at a time. Not sure if you could wear all day as the compression is strong. For me these are great and do the job I got them for spot on!

Quality is great, no effect on my skin, excellent fit, fabulous service, excellent performance with it on.

Measured my arm as instructed.i chose the largest size. On trying it out I found it too tight & caused bruising at the elbow. "Bought for golfers elbow."I have now removed it & at age 81, I would not think I was that big in the arm.!
