I’ve only had these for a few days and while I don’t feel like I can speak to their effects I can certainly tell you that unlike every other gummy supplement I’ve tried, these leave much to be desired when it comes to flavor. They don’t necessarily taste awful, but they aren’t pleasant either. I’ll finish the bottle and try another brand. If I remember I’ll update this later when I know how well they actually work.

it helped alot with my sleep & keeping me calm, i have a high anxiety issues (my 2 yr old puppy is too blame ;) ) I was hesitant at first cause I used another brand prior too, but this one the flavor is delicious 😋 ... I have it on a subscription.... you wouldn't even know it was made with mushrooms either by the taste
