This calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplement is excellent! It arrived on time and well packaged. The quality is very good, and I’ve noticed a positive difference in my energy and overall wellness. The tablets are easy to take, and they don’t upset my stomach. I feel more balanced and supported every day. I highly recommend this product and would definitely purchase it again!

Replaced 4 vitamins with just 1
This one replaces 4 vitamins - calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D! Price much cheaper compared to cost of the individual supplements. Calcium and magnesium capsules are usually large - but this is size of regular multivitamin and easy to swallow

Great combination of supplements.
Quality product at a great price. I swear by magnesium for a myriad of reasons, and as I get older, calcium is more important than ever. Nature's Bounty has always been one of my go-to companies for vitamins.

Works well with consistency
Good supplement for men especially. Getting the zinc and magnesium needed to support your normal routine is really good. Started feeling the benefits of it after a week of using. Consistency is the game for experiencing the difference

Helps keep the teeth strong
This product is easy to take. I used this calcium pill as part of a regimen to save my teeth enamel and a tooth from having to be capped. After 6 months the tooth that was going to be capped only needed a small filling. 6 months later during the next dentist visit, no cavities and I was told my teeth looked great. I'm 53 and have lost one tooth, I have one capped, and the rest are doing well. I would recommend this product to people needing help with teeth problems and joint problems.
