We got a mobile but the typical mobile arm for it did not fit our crib (Davinci Kalani model). This arm worked perfectly in its place and at an excellent price. This arm is actually of much higher quality than the arm the originally came with the mobile. The end doesn't have a hook, rather just a loop, so I had to use an little index card hoop clasp to connect from my mobile to the arm, but worked great. The arm isn't as tall as other reviews have stated, but I found it's still plenty tall for our crib even at its highest setting.

Do not bother getting any other mobile arm! This one is SO secure, and the rubber clamp prevents your furniture from being damaged. I will agree with others that it is not incredibly tall, but it is definitely a long enough arm for my mini crib to be comfortably decorated with a mobile. I have the Dream on Me Aden 4-in-1 mini crib, and this fits the rails very well! I don't think this would work on curvy/bent rails, but on any straight rail it will attach easily and well. I am planning to assemble my own mobile for my baby, and this will greatly help me in that. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend this.

I made a mobile for our baby's crib and used this as the base to which it attaches. The nice thing about this clamp is that we can use it anywhere and it folds up nicely and can create a familiar environment for our baby when we travel. My only complaint is that the angle of the arc is fairly narrow, and doesn't hover very far over the baby. I had to make the mobile fairly compact and not very deep or it would hit the baby in the face. Because of the arc, the mobile doesn't dangle over the center of the crib, but it does allow us to use it in narrower spaces like our Moses basket and co-sleeper.

This was the most cost effective solution on Amazon for hanging a new mobile. It is fast and easy to install, and decent construction, but it has some issues that some other reviewers alerted me to. 1) its a clamp, not a screw attachment, so its easier to install, but also easier for baby to pull over. My 6 month old daughter managed to pull it over about 10 seconds after I installed it and the mobile... (I moved it to the headboard to get another 12" distance) 2) the clamp end only opens about 2", so if you have wide rails, it may not fit. Our crib rails are right at its maximum opening, so if you have a wide top rail, you will want to spend the extra money for the screw type. 3) Its really not very tall. If your baby is reaching for things, its amazing how far they can get so you will want to be careful with placement or consider lowering your mattress. Anyway, it works for what we need it to do, but I would have preferred one of the screw type attachments for better robustness.

This thing has been awesome! So easy to install! Only downside is that it doesn’t come with a hook, just a loop to hang the mobile from, and out mobile didn’t have a hook either. Wasn’t sure which one was supposed to come with the hook, so I’m not deducting stars because this thing is ridiculously easy to use. Plus, a little ingenuity goes a long way—just used a Christmas hook to wrap around the mobile loop into the loop on this and secured it that way. Works great, and this is definitely worth every penny!

The clamp fit on the rail of the bed and seemed sturdy and like it would be hard to pull of, which was nice. Unfortunately, the arm is nowhere near long enough for even our small mobile, much less with a music box. Had to return it. I don't know what we're going to do now, maybe hang it from the ceiling?

I made a mobile for my baby and needed a way of attaching it to the crib since I didn't want to hang it from the ceiling. This is awful, definitely not what I was expecting. The description really needs to say a little more. First of all, I will say that it's sturdy! That's about the only positive thing I found in it. I like the concept of it and it would be great if it was actually useful. Here are the things I found wrong with it (and I just got it today). 1) It's crazy short, if you're actually able to clamp it to your crib you'll find that the mobile hangs down within babies reach - in my case it'd probably be laying on the baby/mattress. And not to mention, it barely extends out from the clamp part (to the side), so if you're using a circled object (embroidery hoop) to hang animals/objects from for the mobile - it's not going to work at all. 2) The clamp only opens 1 inch - if you've got an awesome, thick crib made of real wood - you'll never get it to attach. 3) The clamp is ridiculously hard to open. I had to use two hand just to open it, call me weak but is that really necessary? I mean - there's a locking button for after you clamp it on so it's pointless. Save your time and money, this product is basically useless. The only way I found to ACTUALLY make it work is to clamp it, sideways, on a shelf that's hanging about a foot above the actual crib. DON'T DO IT!

We needed this attachment clamp to hang a really cute mobile that a friend purchased abroad. It comes fully assembled, and as long as you have a ring (like a keychain ring) that can be put through the plastic loop on the arm, this product is PERFECT. It is easy to attach/remove, since all you have to do is squeeze it. If you have a long mobile, this arm will not be tall enough. But for a small mobile that does not have a lot of long, dangling parts (which are dangerous for baby anyway), this does the job.

wir haben diesen Halter an unserer Wickelkomode angebracht. Es hängt ein Plüschtier mit Spieluhr dran und es wird bei jedem Wickeln daran gerupft und gezerrt. Ich staune sehr, wie robust der Halter ist. Auch wenn er sich gelegentlich löst und wieder angebracht werden muss: er löst sich nie ruckartig und es besteht offenbar keine Verletzungsgefahr In den ersten Lebenswochen wurde er gar nicht wahrgenommen - inzwischen liebt unser kleiner Bengel das Zerren an dieser Vorrichtung und erleichtert uns das Wickeln sehr :)

Je cherchais depuis longtemps une pince comme celle-ci pour mon lit bébé en plexis glace; j’ai installé mon ancien mobile sur cette pince et ma fille l’adore! L’embout est fermé en haut pour pouvoir s’adapter à plusieurs mobiles, mais ce n’est pas une surprise j’avais lu un commentaire et à l’intérieur il y a 3 shemas de montages différents du coup moi j’ai pris un fil de laine pour accrocher mon mobile ça ne me dérange pas au moins j’ai mon mobile!! La pince pour accrocher et le mobile sont très résistants! Je recommande

Il braccio è robusto e veloce da spostare. Si può ripiegare in due grazie ad un pulsante posto sul lato che abbassa la parte terminale del braccio. Il mollettone d'aggancio è molto largo e stabile e si fissa facilmente al bordo di cullette, carrozzine e lettini. Il gancio per portare le giostrine è forse un po' piccolino e può essere che serva un gancetto di intermezzo di quelli a forma di S. Tuttavia è molto stabile. E' da considerare che diverse giostrine, una volta appese, arrivano a pari del mollettone di aggancio del braccio, quindi è da considerare di fissare il braccio molto in alto, altrimenti la giostrina potrebbe finire in faccia al bimbo.
