Legos never disappoint! I think that Legos are an investment in quality play—we still have Lego kits from 40 years ago and the grands are playing with the same kits the kids played with. I’m SO happy that assembly instructions are now available on the iPad—I wish the old sets could be added to the app—I still have paper instructions!

My 5 year old son started playing with LEGOs about 5 months ago and he LOVES this set. We bought him several sets with Police items and this mobile command, jail, 4 wheeler set fit right in with the others. My son loves that you can use the mobile command as police station / jail but also use it as a semi truck. This set was a HUGE success with my son and husband, they have spent many hours putting together and playing with this set. The are A LOT of small pieces so might be cautious about ages and usage, my son is 5 but is very good about not sticking small pieces in his mouth and playing carefully. This was an engaging toy that took an afternoon of quiet concentration to put together, and afforded a couple of days of playtime while our grandchildren were visiting. It is a multiple piece set, so there are several things to play with when it gets built. Great value and great skill-building.

We purchased this for our 4.5 year old at Thanksgiving to give him something to do while all the adults sat around and talked/played games because he didn't have cousins his age to play with. He loved it. It is a big set so it took him a while to build. His favorite pieces were the chain and the doors that pop out. Our 2.5 year old loved the motorcycle.

It's a pretty awesome set! My son had saved some money and he wanted to buy this off amazon. I put it together for him since he's only 5 and I wanted to make sure everything went right so he could play with it. But UMM for some reason there was MISSING pieces! Like I said I did it myself and didn't let my son for this very reason! I didn't want him to waste his 50 dollars. So, after awhile I finally got it together and had to work around the missing ones. I also thought they would stay together better because it's not the off brand legos but they dont :( everything fell apart on the truck and trailer while playing with it for not even a day. But it's okay I guess, i just have to rebuild everything and hope there's not even more missing pieces. It is a very awesome set though! My son loves it so much.

Bought this for our 6 year old grandson who had no problem putting it together by himself. He really loved it, as he, like a lot of kids, is really into police stuff. He is old enough to also take it completely apart and make his own unique version of police stuff, so I never did see it all together as pictured on the box. Nice set to encourage creativity. Legos are always a good tool for kids to engage in their own stories and playacting, not just building blocks. Nice alternative to the more expensive police department.

Easy to assemble, bigger than I expected, comes with many things including the theft and motorcycle, and some many other things. My son is obsessed with it.

Cant go wrong with it! I love it! Perfwct quality and design. Easy to assemble - just follow the instructions ! Great addition to my lego family!
