If you have old tax records or hundreds of pages of any kind of paper that you're uncomfortable just putting in the recycle bin, seriously consider this beast of a paper shredder. I had a pile of old tax records a foot and a half tall. I had a small paper shredder that took one, maybe two sheets of paper at a time. It was taking weeks just to whittle down the pile. Finally I explored other options and settled on the Bonsen, heavy duty paper shredder. It will eat 24 pages at a time and do it quietly! Huge recommendation for this product. I would buy it again without reservation! I love mine!!

Absolutely love this item. It is sturdy and does the job. I even have some cardboard that I put through in a separate bag. And keep it to put back down into the ground with my other plants and dirt.The only thing I haven't attempted to do is oil andUse the cutting paper to sharpen it. But I will be doing that making sure I take care of this. Solid product

So far, so good. I've been using it quite a lot in the last few weeks, and I'm very happy with the quality. It's a real workhorse.

Been using for over 3 years and no issues. I bought this because I got good at telling BS junk mail from real mail so I wanted to shred stuff without opening it. When an 8-1/2 x 11” sheet is tri-folded for the mail, that effectively triples the sheet count. There is no “unopened” junk mail this thing cannot handle…even those with fake cardboard credit cards or AARP membership cards in them. I no longer need to spend all my time opening all that junk and getting paper cuts. I just throw it in this thing and it gets gone!!!BTW, I just took 24 random sheets (bills, ads, reports, etc. ) and confirmed that after 3+ years, it handled 24 fairly easily with bogging down too much. I didn’t do more than 24 but it seemed like it could handle more…maybe even 30 or even more???

Bought it for our office have loved it but bin got full and I emptied it. However the red light keeps flashing as if its still full. I have turned it off and back on even unplugged it but will not go off. Still works great so far even with light flashing. I have emailed the support trying to see if there is reset button but no response so far.

A little high priced, but a quiet machine. I've never had one that I can use while watching TV before. The shreader this one replaced was very load and drowned out everything
