Perfect Fit
There are a few videos that demonstrate how to the install the piece. It was so easy and fast. It's a great fit and color match. Since it is plastic, I don't have to worry about it melting away.

Perfect fit. Easy install
Just pull out the outside (toward the exterior) panel inside the pocket, then pop this insert in until it snaps in place. The fit was perfect on a 2014 BMW X3. It looks OEM and plastic seems durable. Only downside is the interior of the pocket is slightly smaller than original but this doesnt bother me.
