Extremely slow delivery. This item took 32 days to reach me. There were no instructions with the item. I have figured out how to assemble the shower but am struggling with the pipe fittings. The website says the pipe threads are “NPT”, meaning national pipe thread. However when trying to connect the supplied pipe fittings to my own NPT pipes their fittings will not screw on. This has created a lot of frustration and will now add additional cost to what should be a very simple install. Purchasers should be ware of this shower kit. In the surface it looks great but the install is a nightmare

I purchased this product to install in a guest bathroom we remodeled. We have the same exact model in a rental property and it has never given us any problems so I had high hopes for this one. Upon installing it, the cold water valve connector proceeded to leak. I tried Teflon tape, pipe dope, rubber washer, etc. I then reached out to the company (they are very responsive and professional). They happily obliged to send me a replacement unit at no additional cost. However, the replacement unit ended up leaking in the exact same place the previous one had. I think it was fate though, as my wife had changed her mind about the fixture color she wanted to go in the bathroom. I ended up ordering a different unit from a different company and also installing new drop ear elbow fittings. The new unit we ordered through the other company formed a good seal with Teflon tape alone and we’ve had no problems out of it as of yet. That is to say, I’m unsure if the problem was with this companies products or if our old drop ear elbow fittings were to blame. Regardless, rest assured that they will quickly rectify any problems you may encounter with their products. I will say, the feel of this fixture is of higher quality than the more expensive one we purchased from a different company. ✌🏼
