This zest-of-black-truffle is so enjoyable. Trying to describe the flavor is not something that I could truly accomplish,. -- Nobody could have written a description that would have registered near accurately in my taste buds in describing this particular taste. So I'm not going to try to convey the nature of this kind of delectability to your taste buds either. -- It is a treat, & it's excellent on a variety of foods / dishes as other reviews state. The other day I carefully added this ZEST to some roasted red pepper & tomato soup, w/just the right amount of granulated garlic. It was a wow ! My mouth waters just thinking about it now, writing this. A very versatile ingredient. Use your imagination -- guided by your taste buds. A mouth watering delicacy. Review written 12.9.2025 Addendum below posted 2.12.26 Two things. 1) There is a tremendous difference between the truffle zest purchased in the smaller sized GLASS bottle of 1.76 oz (50 g) and the large can of 5.29 oz (150 g). The small size is far more flavorful & so much more aromatic!! It's apparently more fresh. The small is the only way we'll get this from now on. After discovering this difference by pure accident due to the small size being mistakenly sent to me instead of the large container actually ordered -- I was stunned. Amazon was excellent in sending the large one as ordered but, as the universe sometimes unfolds -- the small error was a blessing in disguise. It may be that the glass containers get less "air" inside & less exposure to the air during the funneling process to fill the smaller diameter opening. -- Thus the more pronounced aromatic wave & the MUCH BETTER FLAVOR. 2) The other exquisite discovery from the wonderful Sabatino company is their Truffle Zest & Cheese Seasoning. This is another case of 'difficult-to-describe' delectability ! It is amazing, in a word. Very aromatic & another permanent addition in my pursuit of happiness. Taste bud wise, I mean. Today I sprinkled this zest & cheese delight over a bowl of hot -- already great -- lasagna. The verbiage to really describe that combination escapes me. Sumptuous ! And an accidental discovery to boot... Thanks Amazon ! Thanks universe !

Excellent flavor. Very potent. A little bit goes a long way. Turns Campbell's cream of mushroom soup into a gourmet bowl of WOW! Bottle has a very effective soft material that ensures an air tight seal that tremendously extends product's freshness/shelf life. A great buy. Use it in many dishes to elevate the flavor profile to WOW!

Love it! Great flavor. We put them on subscribe and pay! It has a smooth flavor and isn’t salty. It’s also not really heavy and the fillers are tasteless. So it’s the closest to powered truffle for a much cheaper price. I recommend it to all fam & friends and no regrets from anyone.

The flavor seems off to me. It is not like other truffle seasonings I have had in the past. But that is really personal taste. The packaging is good quality, and the size is as expected.

Used this with chicken and mushroom risotto. It added a nice truffle flavor and being a powder it was easy to dispense and spread evenly. I think this will be nice for a variety of applications and excited to try using it for other things.
