This was so easy to order. It arrived right on time and was exactly what i wanted for a gift. Will definitely order from them again!

Disappointed with the quality of the photo and very faint print for the text. Not even close to the clear picture examples provided for this product, nor the preview provided once customized. I used a professional taken photo so am disappointed with the blurriness of the final result. Also have a white border showing on the left side... wish I could go back to my customized preview to see if I missed that or if that is another disappointment.

This ornament was a little to small for the price.

I just ordered 2 more of these & they came exactly how I asked them to do it. I sent a note with what I was looking for as I was unable to adjust the image how I wanted it. They nailed it every time. I’ll definitely order more as events occur.
