We bought 2 of these for our kids! One of them arrived with a bent wheel, but after reaching out to the company about the issue, they replaced the entire bike! Customer service is great! The other bike we purchased is perfect and had no issues!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 8 year-old granddaughter. A little large but she can grow in to it and use it for many years. And, she loves it.

The brakes were not meant for the bike. I took it to a bike mechanic after the brakes failed on the first ride. They showed me where the pads had been ground at an angle to match the rims. The chain gets dislodged about every 1/3 of a mile. I'm not sure if the seller is jamming mismatched parts to sell bikes, but it seems a liability to do so on a child's bike. Very dangerous! Do not recommend.

For the price, it's a great bike. Easy to put together, but wheels were a bit wrapped. Fortunately my husband knows how to fix it and has the tools to do so. The bike worked and would've been rideable as the wrapping wasn't severe. Granddaughter absolutely loves it.

Easy to assemble (my 15 year old did it with no trouble), sturdy, and easy to ride. Perfect for my 12 year old girl. She loves the color, it fits her perfectly, and easily breaks and shifts gears. Couldn't ask for more. Good bike.

I bought this bike for my son and while one of the parts didn’t fit at first, the manufacturer was incredibly responsive. They quickly sent the correct part and even included a helmet, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was easy to put together, his 14 year old sister did it by herself, and the it feels very durable. My son absolutely loves the bike and has now mastered riding without training wheels. The quality is great, the support was excellent, and I highly recommend this bike.

We bought 3 of these bikes. They were all great. We had a slight issue with the pink one but after contacting the manufacturer they were very quick to fix the issue. Great customer service. My kids are very pleased with their bikes.

Lasted 1 day until the rear chain track device broke, poor quality. Do not buy.

Within a year had to replace parts, things were sticking and breaking. Kept inside when not in use was not exposed to rain or weather.

The twist gear shifter is quite stiff and hard to use. Other than that a great kids bike for 7-9 year olds.

Received packaged with few missing parts but its to be expected from buying open used. My daughter loves it and looks sturdy. Good height for her to pedal on.
