A great cutter if used correctly
You use this for tape between boxes, cutting plastic or cellophane. Do not use this to slice heavy cardboard. Very thin cardboard is ok. I handed this to everyone at work. One of the employees didn't listen and she kept cutting boxes breaking this tool. I gave her a total of 3. Because she broke the first two. I TOLD her to use it correctly or it would break. If you use it the way it's intended. It's actually a really great tool and will last for a long time. If it breaks, throw it away immediately and use a brand new one, otherwise you risk cutting yourself.

Quality & easy to use
Love these! So easy to use & so much safer. Works on boxes, haven't tried to breakdown a box with it yet. Came in package of 5 & giving a couple to girlfriends. Great value for your money.

Love this new design
I love these box cutters! They are well made, sharp, and the design reduces the risk of cutting oneself. I was able to have my 8 year old grandson use one to breakdown boxes. He said it was easy to use and he finished with all 10 fingers still intact!

Box cutters
Plastic not the strongest. Breaks pretty easily depending on you use. Not too good on heavy cardboard. Overall works good.

Other brands are more adorable not good for thick cardboard
I assemble furniture, so I’m always opening boxes. There are other brands that work far better than this one and are more adorable. The first one I use broke when I was trying to break one of these plastic ties. I had to go through cardboard like three times with the thicker boxes, but I normally don’t have to do that with other brands. So for the price point cause I bought a pack of 50 will it work? I hope so. I’m very unimpressed with the first use, but hopefully if I’m just opening boxes with tape it’ll be suitable. But the bigger thicker boxes that come from Wayfair or Amazon this did not farewell. It was actually more work than just using a regular box cutter. With thinner items maybe it was fine. I highly recommend just spending more on another brand.
