I lost the directions … how do I install? Using the pieces it came with … I don’t even know what an anchor is… help?

This was a gift for my grandaughter, my son would be the one to hang it. The anchor is the small white plastic piece that you put in the wall first; the screw goes into it. This keeps the screw from falling out of the wall. If you do not have them, you can purchase them at Home Depot, Lowes, etc. They will be able to tell you how to use them. Home Depot actually has an online video. Hopefully, this helps.

How do I layer the medals?

Each strap has a slide on and it will layer on each other so one medal will be slightly higher than the next.
