First and the best part of the product what I saw was that the product is Made in India and it's not some cheap China product repacked and sold. There is a 1 year warranty which I am confident will be useful if the need arises since the product is India based.The finish of the product is very good and it has 3 different levels of heating which helps a lot. The pad size is also relatively big means can handle more area and is flatter so non bulky and handling is easy. Electrical wires and plugs are also of good quality.Definitely value for money.

update: My heating pad stopped working in 5 months.I was thinking that they are also like other companies who will ask me to ship this product to them but they didn't.All i had to do was fill the form available on the website and they delivered a new heating pad at my home within 6 days.very very Great service.Very good customer support and very nice company.Heat level is very accurate not too high and not too low and also it has 3 levels of heating . I usually use it at level 2. It's been one month since I got it and it's working very fine, many time I have used it for very long time and it didn't disappoint.

Very good product.. user friendly for senior citizen

I was really hoping this orthopedic heating belt would be a reliable product, but it completely let me down. At first, it worked fine, but after a short time, it just stopped heating. I followed all the instructions properly, took good care of it, and yet, it failed.I bought this from Amazon thinking I was getting a quality product, but clearly, that wasn’t the case. When I reached out to the company for a replacement, I expected them to stand by their product. Instead, they told me I would have to cover the expenses myself! It’s ridiculous—why should I have to pay extra for their faulty product?Honestly, save yourself the frustration and look for a better alternative. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any real support from the company. Definitely not worth the money!

Nice and wonderful Orthopedic Electrical Heating pad.Very convenient to add in your luggage while travellingThe length of the Electrical cord is very good enough to plug and laydown in the bed and relax with warm heating.Also you can increase or decrease heat with the small controller provided near to the heating pad while laydown.Very much worth for the money spend to buy it.Recommend to anyone who want to relax with the warm heat on your back, thighs, hip etc.
