Q: The heat press have warranty?

It says 1 year, but they only partially refunded mine after the thing quit working and the on/off switch became stuck. I had only had 9 months and used it around 10 times. They did offer a replacement, but I’m kinda scared off this brand after such a short times use and potential fire hazard. I always kept it unplugged and when I used it, I used a power strip that would turn off if to much juice went through it

Mines do not rise above 250 degrees!
