How do I purchase this foldable board?

Two questions: Does the board arrive folded up? If it does, do the creases cause any issues with drawing?

The board does come folded in its box; however, i have had no issues or hindrances while drawing on this board and i use it weekly and store it after each use

How big is the box? Im looking for a map that's easy to fold and transport when I travel.

Well, the board folds in like a Monopoly board, so the approximate dimensions are about 14" × 12" or so, and the height I'd judge at about 2.5" or so, it's not really that big for me honestly. It might not fit in most backpacks but it's easy to carry under one arm, and sing there is some additional space inside the box, I tend to put stuff like my DM screen and campaign notebooks in it alongside the markers and stuff, so it's nice to use for that.
