THE PRODUCT IS GREAT. Heatstrip has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The HEATSTRIP is a great product and Heatstrip customer service is FANTASTIC! Unbelievably responsive and helpful. A lot better aesthetically than those orange-glowing electric heaters, not to mention the problematic propane heaters! I had minor installation issues which was resolved with almost instant email service and guidance for my installation. The online instructions, according to my electrician, was one of the best he had seen
