Heats up quickly, and the heat is well distributed throughout the heating pad. the connection piece is a little large but not really in the way or annoying when i use it. I Get back pain and i can lay on it or push it against a pillow and myself with no issues. I thought about getting the sunbeam brand at first because i had used them a lot before. However with a coupon that was available at the time this was the same price as their smallest one and works just as well, even getting warmer overall, heating faster and it is larger and softer. I would definitely buy this again. i also really love the auto shut off features this has for safety. The remote on the cord is very easy to use and the instructions it came with were very clear. Overall great experience using it it so far.

I ordered this heating pad to replace an older XXL heating pad i had for a few years that died. This one here, it gets delivered, I open the box, take it out and im amazed at the size. This heating pad is way larger than my old one. Super soft (I need for fibro reasons). Plug this bad boy in and away we go! ++This gets much hotter than my old one. The plug disconnects for washing ++ the plug is housed on the side corner and not on the side middle +++ works amazingly with pain relief on my back. And yes, I'm a lady so the cramps too ++++ I can wrap it around my shoulders and its flexible enough to have on my shoulders and neck at the same time. 2hr timer, easily adjustable heat, and a nice big round button with a digital screen it also has a nice long cord. Suggestion: carefully cut of the annoying tag. I ripped mine and undid the seam.

They are so great this is the 3rd one I’ve purchased! They work hard in my house and have don’t deteriorate and start getting hot spots or just stop working. I’ve got a very serious burn on my shoulder before because I have nerve damage from a back surgery and dozed off and a previous heating pad got a really hot spot in that numb area. Which is also where a little metal VS on my Victoria Secret bra strap also heated up and burned about an inch and a half in to my shoulder muscle. These never do that. Just don’t crinkle them up because it can mess up the wires and break them but if that happens it will just stop working not cause burns. Mine all work, that happened to a friend but I believe it warns you about that on the site. They aren’t high maintenance or anything. They pretty much stay exactly where you lay them. Maybe just a quick straitening every once in while. I just look before I sit back to make sure. Hopefully now that we have 3 in our house I won’t have anyone else trying to steal my spot. Just a tip. Animals really like them too and I will let my tiny chihuahua snuggle beside me on it because it big enough for both of us. But if I let her sleep on it unattended I wouldn’t turn it above level 2 because of her thin skin and can cook their muscle tissue and organs. But level 2 is just a pleasant warmness. Level 6 is hot but not cook your human skin kind of hot. It just makes me sweaty but it you need a deeper heat it’s a really warm but safe heat. If I ever do have to buy a new because I finally wore mine out, I will gladly purchase the exact same one from the same seller because I have gotten way more that money back plus ten fold of work out of them! Buy one. You won’t regret it.

No matter the setting it’s the same temperature- very hot. Feels good though. I just turn it off after 10 minutes or so.Very comfortable and the size is great. Wish the automatic shut off were programmable. 😊

Bought this in April and used a few times put away and got it out to use again now in October and a flashing P is on control. I did the steps as suggested put does not work. Can’t find how to contact seller.

I wanted to love this product so badly. I'm the type of person whom after 2 babies could sleep with a heating pad under my back every night, so the XL sizing was awesome! Unfortunately, not long after buying my first one it started glitching out & refusing to work. The remote would turn on, flash nonsense, & turn itself off. I was continuously unplugging, replugging, waiting, cleaning, etc. trying to fix it. & was given 0 support or customer service. Eventually I gave up & returned it for a replacement - which I should NOT have been charged for since I definitely DID return the first one. But shortly after receiving the 2nd one (the replacement) I noticed in my bank account that I was indeed charged yet again for a heating pad a week or two later. & this one is even worse than the first! It's just as glitchy if not more so than the 1st. The most annoying part is that even when I'm patient & give it some time after unplugging, plugging, being gentle with it.. it WILL turn on.. but will only last maybe a few minutes before yet again flashing crazy numbers & turning itself off. There's just no point in trying anymore. Outwardly, this thing is in perfect condition, but the electronics used are obviously cheap trash. The cheap one from the store may not be as big & pretty & soft, but at least they're reliable & do their job! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - ESPECIALLY TWICE LIKE I DID!!

This material is comfy & it warms up really quick. Works great on tense muscles and aches & pains! Word of caution, the heat on the highest setting can get very toasty.

The brand on the box is homech. My last heating pad was that brand also, which lasted about twice as long as the sunbeam brand does. I use a heating pad most of the day and night, so basically constant use, and my last homech like this one lasted me about 2 years. Sunbeam brand lasts me 1 year if I’m lucky. Overall, I’m very happy with this heating pad. It does have it’s quirks (1 feels barely warm sometimes and unbearably hot at other times), but I’ve never used one that didn’t have this issue.
