Q: Picture shows a brew size of 360ml - but the product shipped has a brew size of 180ml. Amazon won't let me return it. How do I fix this?

I am very familiar with this problem and have experienced it myself. There are 2 versions/sizes of this product and what is shown in the graphics are the larger, 12 oz (354ml) cup size product. Most product sold currently on Amazon is the smaller, 180ml cup size product and in my experience, has always been from out of the country and boxes are printed in Spainish, German, Dutch...to name a few. If you want the larger cup size product, order it from Amazon and not one of the 3rd party vendors. Having ordered this product several times in the last 6 months and from several different sellers, the Amazon product was the only product I received that brewed the larger cup size and the packaging was printed in English.

Amazon has great return policy. Just let them know you need to return the coffee and they will instruct you on what to do!. Good luck

Q: Are the pods recyclable?

Unfortunately no. It bothers me as well. I can't understand why it's so hard to make recyclable pods. They make reusable ones, but I love the coffee in these. It's a bummer.
