They Work!!!
Love these vitamins ! They are a cheaper alternative to the more expensive one and they work just as well. I feel more energetic when I take them.

I enjoy the capsules. Seems to supply the nutrients I need. The only odd thing I noticed is that the vegetable bottle includes an image of a tomato. Tomatoes are fruits. I totally realize by pointing this out I'm a nerd and need a life.

Good supplement
We use these to supplement our kids diets. Easy to take even for pre-teens and supplements their diets if they don't get enough fruits and vegetables on a regular basis from real food.

Great vitamins
We have been taking these vitamins for many years. Knock on wood we do not get that sick when and if we get a cold which is rare

Had to stop taking them
Was taking these for about 4 months straight. Took about 3 weeks before I felt a difference. I had more energy, slept better, less aches and pains. I felt great. Then I went for my annual check up in September and my doctor asked if I was taking any supplements. I said yes why? She said because your folic acid levels are sky high!! So I told her I was taking these and she told me to stop. Folic acid levels are back to normal,but I feel more sluggish than when I did when I was taking them. I would recommend them, but have your bloodwork checked after taking them for awhile.
