Never Again!
Very disappointed. Spent 30 minutes hooking it up, only to learn the unit had no power. Tried to call customer service but I got some useless voicemail message that told me to call them Monday 8-4.

I love it, it really makes a difference, have had it 3 years no problems.
I'm so glad I bought this. I live in Texas and it gets very hot.My AC can't keep up with the Texas heat. So I bought this to help compensate and boy do we feel a difference.I've had this unit for 3 years now, I pull it out every August through September. I place it in the window of my dinning room, and it cools the living room dining room very well, I even feel it all the way in the kitchen. It really makes a difference.I got mine from Evine, I don't remember for how much.I've had no problems with anything breaking, and as I've stated I've had it for 3 years.
