Worked with my Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP machine
I bought it to use with my large battery bank so I can use my CPAP when camping. It worked well for that purpose for the two nights I've used it for so far. I does require an appropriately sized battery bank. Mine is 24Ah x 12V = 288Wh. This only works with the humidity turned OFF. The heat plate under the humidity chamber takes a LOT MORE electricity than just the machine's electronics and blower do. I was able to charge my cell phone overnight with the same battery bank but learned I would not be able to go 3 nights with both the CPAP and Cell phone connected. I provided my details just for reference, your mileage may vary.

Works great, seems well made
Very good quality construction, better than i expected for a third party DC charger. This is a worthwhile purchase if you use a power bank/solar generator to power your CPAP, because when you use the built in invertor to convert to AC, you use more of the stored power. On my Eco River solar generator, one night's use on AC took me down to 50%, but using this DC adapter, it only went down to 70%.

Good solution for off the grid Cpat power
This device plugs into the 12 volt power outlet in my solar generator and converts it into 24 volt power call for by my breathing machine. Staying in DC power makes more efficient use of the power pact. I do have the option of using the AC current outlet, but this option leaves me with more power in my battery to allow us to do other power needs off grid while camping.

DO NOT BUY !!!! Horrible trash!!!
I bought this to use with my cpap during the hurricane. It just stopped working. Thanks to this trash product I was choking for 4 nights straight. If I could give this a negative rating I would. Do not buy and waste you money on this trash!!!
