Worked really well for overhead stick welding,also on the thick walled steel I could wrap it round and it helped when the pipe got hot and it was unharmed.

Excellent item. Good fit (59cm head). Very comfortable when doing my welding jobs! I recommend it to everyone.

This isn't a bad hood, big enough for my 62 cm head and is well made ....HOWEVER adverts describes a cotten inner or liner, but it's not cotton or not like any cotton ever ever seen or felt!. The liner is nylon which makes it slip around on your head during use and it sounds like you've got your head in a plastic bag with a constant rustling noise. If the liner was cotton I'd have given it 5 stars but a nylon inner on a welding hood 🤔 not a good idea
