Exact replacement for original HP battery
Battery was an exact match for the original and seems is fully charged and working as expected. Easy to install once you realize that there are screws under the rubber footing on the bottom of the laptop (and to remove the screw under the DVD tray). I mainly use the laptop when it's plugged in so I don't have an idea of how long the battery lasts with a full charge.

Good buy
This worked out well for me, once I got my laptop opened installation was relatively easy. It’s great that this comes with the mini star driver required to open the laptop.

Battery Replacement Kit for HP Envy X360
This was the perfect product to replace the battery in an 8 year old laptop. It came with battery, two screw drivers (for the two different size screws required to be removed to open the laptop), and a tool to pry opening the laptop after the screws were removed. Battery is an MB04XL. It is identical to the battery I replaced. Picture shows the tools on top of the laptop. Be careful when selecting the battery as the HP Envy X360 has several different versions using slightly different configurations of the battery.

Works well, no place to put in two screws.
Left with two extra screws and there was no place to put them. Battery works well though.

Easy swap and new life for old computer
Computer model number and battery in the description matched my existing system and fit was exact. Followed a YouTube video and was easy swap. Original did not last long as new on a charge and this is no different. The old battery had declined so the computer would not work at all without being plugged in to AC.

Installed after 6 months of receipt from Amazon. Battery shows zero percent after charging all night. No choice but to recycle it. My mistake not installing it as soon as it arrived.

It should be 14.8 V as described, received one is 14.4 V. Lost half charge capacity after 20 minutes. Don’t buy check another seller 😟
