Good basic game camera for the price
I have a dozen of these cameras. I don't have good cell service in my hunting area and really don't want to pay cell service fee anyhow, so I use these basic cameras instead of cell cams.Six energizer lithium batteries last about a year for me in these cameras - 20,000 pictures on average. I believe that is very good. They work from to least -30 degrees F with the lithium batteries. That is the coldest it gets around here. The resolution is fine for me.The trigger works great, even at long distances. Like any game camera, try to face it north to avoid sun glare and don't have any branches with leaves (or tall weeds) close to front of camera or you will get false triggers on hot sunny days with wind that move the warmer leaves, triggering the camera. The basic Bushnell cameras have been lasting about 5 yrs for me. I leave them in the woods year around. I also use several as security cameras on my driveway.I've tried other brands like Stealth Cam, Cuddy Back, and Browning. I like the Bushnell the best.

Missing basic functions like a battery meter and image counter.
Greatly disappointed in this Bushnell trail cam. It has no battery meter, it has no image counter. The location of the memory card makes its impossible for my fingers to pull the card out, must use tweezers. Assumed these basic functions were provided. NOT user friendly!

How many times can one make mistakes and not get any pictures.
Because this camera has no sensitivity adjustment, it takes an incredible amount of images in an outdoor setting. It captures an image every time a leaf moves. I just downloaded about 14K pictures taken over a couple months. In the process of deleting about 13,900. This camera would work well in an indoor setting where you want to capture occasional movements, where there are no random background motions. Good luck.Update since my last review: In addition to the sensitivity issue I described above, I have found myriad ways to make mistakes and NOT GET ANY PICTURES ! I failed to format the SD card IN THE CAMERA and got no pictures. Unlike other wildlife cameras I have used, the middle position of the slider switch is AIM not ON. No pictures. I aimed the camera too high and got no pictures of my intended subjects. I had to make a jig to lean the camera forward a bit to get pictures..... I HOPE. Good luck.

Horrible Battery Life
I have other Bushnell cameras that have worked fine. I put fresh batteries in this camera and get 5-6 videos before the batteries are dead. I have done a few cycles like this. I have followed all of the instructions regarding battery type, SD card type etc but I still get no more life than 5-6 videos.I would not recommend this camera - I will have to replace it with another brand or model.Unfortunately these trail camera manufacturers are constantly retiring models and introducing new - If I find something that works well, I would like to stick with it but often can no longer get it.

Not described accurately on the specifications
I think the description was for a different model. It actually has a .7 second trigger speed, and has a 80’ sensor range. It has a very small setup screen that you almost have to lay or sit on the ground to program. Bushnell really found a way to make this one cheap but it does take good pictures and video.
