I love this brand of food dyes and will continue to buy them but I am really disappointed with this color which is a first for this brand. Its a very warm undertone. When my clients cake done with white cake frosting oxidized, the painted on dye turned orange. Not very birch tree looking. Definitely needs a cooler undertone.

I've tried different brands and methods to get deep, rich colors in fondant and American buttercream. They mostly come out pastel, not the shade I want, or like I had to use most of the container with unsatisfactory results. This product made it effortless! I didn't have to use half the bottle to get a dark brown. All of the "hair" buttercream and the fondant nose and horns are colored with this. I'm going to try the red and a few others next!!!! 100% recommend it!!!!
