My second purchase. Am still using the first tube and purchased another on prime days. This stuff works. I don't find the smell offensive at all. Its a different smell, but not as strong or over powering as many reviews say.

This is the best smelling Lume I’ve tried. Lume is also the most effective all body deo I’ve purchased. A tube lasts me forever . Worth the cost, if u can find a scent you like. Will repurchase.

The deodorant protects against body odor, but there is an underlying scent in the product itself that is unpleasant. I don't smell it much after application though. I prefer the powder scent to the Fresh Alpine (eventhough fresh scents are usually my favorite).

A friend let me try the cream when we were traveling in Portugal. It STINKS if you smell it out of the tube (so don’t— you have been warned!) but it must mix with our pH in a way that we then don’t stink at all! I mean not at all! It is genius! I even tested it this morning: I went for a run in Florida heat and humidity without having applied Lume since Sunday morning. 5 mile run done and my armpits do not smell at all! It’s crazy! I always used Secret Clinical and got deodorant on my clothes— that is no longer a problem either. I’m sold for life and I told all my girlfriends to order this on prime day. (The alpine and soft powder scents are the ones I have tried. They aren’t strong scents — main boon is that you don’t smell!!!)

I’ve purchased this through Amazon, Walmart, and Lume website. I prefer the cream over the stick personally. I have no adverse reactions to this deodorant. I like all 3 scents. Though the toasted coconut smells like buttered popcorn to me. Alpine smells like pine tree and lavender sage smells like the name implies. It is rather expensive in comparison to other deodorant brands. However, I use this daily and a tube lasts for quite a while. (2.2oz tube going on 3 weeks.) Estimating a 2.2oz tube should last about 1 or a little over 1 month with day use. The solid stick probably about 3 months minimum. Looking to try the new sweat protection version available on the company website.

Go with unscented. Terrible smell with this kind. Your hands stink with it. Otherwise it’s a very good product. Remarkable how body odors just disappear after just a few applications. B+.

I purchased this set and another set at the same time, and smelled both upon arrival. They smelled fantastic out of the box, and I put this set away to use the other scent first. Earlier this month, when I came back to this set, I was still happy with the scent during application… then, 6-12 hours later each day afterward, I would REAK from my armpits. At first I worried that I had changed something related to my medication/diet/exercise routine, as the scent smelled **way more** like BO than bad product. However, as I paid for attention to my routines, changed my soap, and added armpit cleanings throughout the day, it kept happening… until I realized that the deodorant was the only possible thing that was affecting this. I swapped back to my other scent, and BOOM, the issue was gone.I shared my experience with my sister, who decided to try it out on her own armpits… she had the exact same experience. This followed with my wife trying it, to see if it was genetic—but then she also had the same experience.Lume frequently advertises their 60-day guarantee, so I reached out to their customer service team to request an exchange for another scent. The person who responded to me, “K,” apologized for my experience, told me that she could give me a personal 10% off coupon (that is literally worse than the discounted rates all websites are offering right now), and told me that the 60 day guarantee wasn’t valid for customers who ordered through Amazon.So… disappointed in the product, disappointed in customer service. Won’t be using my NameNumber10OFF rate or any other rate, as I’d rather support a business with better practices and products.

I have been using Lumé for over a year now, since my first starter pack and have been mostly satisfied. (What I don't love is the high price) Lume works as advertised and I haven't used any other deodorant since. I usually buy Clean Tangerine but had always been curious about Alpine Fresh for some reason. So when it was on sale, I bought it. I use it for my feet, which is my main problem smell. I actually love this scent. It's piney, and fresh and d kind of weird but I love it. I still use tangerine for everything else but if you feel adventurous, the alpine scent is pleasantly unique.(And yes, it has that distinctive "Lume smell" when you first put it on but I find that it usually dissipates in about 15 minutes and it doesn't really bother me. The results of zero body odor are worth it)
