Can it be mixed into chocolate with out affecting the consistency of the chocolate

I believe these powders are made for painting on cookies and cakes so they will glow in purple light. I did cookies and they came out nice. But I don’t think these powders would do good mixed in chocolate but I’m not sure. I don’t see how they would glow under a purple light.

Can this be mixed in with white chocolate for chocolate dipped strawberries?

With this type of powder yes. However with these particular colors you can’t really make anything else except a mess.

I didn’t use very much of it, but I didn’t notice a weird taste at all.
