Most important thing to know is you won't get any after sales support from Havells.
Havells customer care service is pathetic. Please buy any of their product considering this risk.This is just not my first experience before this geyser I bought a food processor and had issues, havell guys didn't turn up and used to close complaints without even attending but thankfully I bought that from Tata croma and they replaced the product. I took risk and bought this geyser considering it's a good product and it is. It has a remote and isn't working from day one, logged complaints several time but no one attends it and request get closed without even attending. So be careful with havell products they are not backed by any customer service.

Good modern induction geyser
The media could not be loaded. This is a good modern induction geyser for my mother's bathroom. it's noise level is low. Easy to install & good functionality. It came well packed with full accesories: Pipes, remote control with nuts, screws, bolts, map/sticker for spacing of nuts. Installation was free from Havells with this geyser.One thing I noticed is that it heats water quicker than my current 15 L Havells geyser (glass coated element). This magnetron geyser is simple to use with remote control which has additional function of timer.
