Although the charging tip I needed for a new ultra-slim laptop/tablet model was not included, Rugged Geek's customer service responded in less than 24 hours to my complaint and provided a link to another vendor's larger and low-cost 34 packet of tips which worked perfectly and were compatible with the required Rugged Geek charging cable included in their 9 tip packet. Samantha from Rugged Geek's customer service could not have been more accommodating and asked me to follow up with her with any other questions, and further reminded me that if the products didn't work out, they could be returned for a refund.

ZERO STARS!!!
Would give this ZERO stars if an option!!!!! Who makes connectors THAT DOES NOT FIT THEIR OWN CORD! Cheap trash and made horrible! I went through all the connectors, finally finding a fit for my Lenovo, only to find that NONE of these connectors fit onto the stupid cord that came with them!

Doesn't work for HP zbook g4
The tips didn't work for my HP zbook g4. I have been trying to contact rugged geek on their website with no luck. I don't really know how to look for the right adaptor elsewhere. Disappointed and frustrated.
