How does this doll compare in size to the american girl 14" welliewisher dolls?

Is Astrid's head supposed to be slightly crooked? It's tilted at an angle and doesn't straighten up.

The dolls heads move a little front to back and side to side. I have a different glitter girl doll that seemed stuck at first, but I kept trying and now it straightens out.
