Are these Men's o Women's size?

NOTE TO THE SELLER!!! We know it is a unisex product. The question is when you say size 10 is that a size 10 for men or women? If we know its a size 10 for men, then women know its a size 12 for them. If it is a size 10 for women though and i order them they will be a size 8 in mens and be way too small.

SO confusing! Some of the reviews say the sizes run small, some say they run large. I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe...and don't know what size to order.

I have 2 pr and just ordered a 3rd for a cruise. I usually wear women 10 in shoes but 9-1/2 in sandals. I ordered women 9 in these and they are perfect. if you go too large you will trip over your toes. I love this brand like walking on marshmallows. Recovering from plantar fasciitis and I can wear these all day! Remember to look at women sizes if you are a woman!

How high is the heel?

12/6/21 I can't wear any kind of heel, but need arch support. If you keep your body weight back on the heel, it seems like NO heel. Measurements don't count in the amazing experience of pain relief of this sandal.

Does it take some time to get used to wearing? Wearing one day and one leg is starting to ache.
