this is a good produce, they reduced my dad's hip pain and my brother-in-laws knee pain. though my dad seemed to feel it was a little less effective each time he used it, but it may have been placement...a bigger size might be nice for those with a larger area of pain -- hard to target the exact point of pain with a few inches of adhesive.

Do not hesitate! I have Lupus and Hashimoto’s my knees were achy and stiff beyond otc help for over a month. I accidently hurt my lower back and ordered this plasters after reading the positive reviews. I tried them for two days. Each day I put it on my back after taking shower. Unlike some reviewers saying they had quick relief, it took me two days for slight relief. However, I am not sure it was due to the two day's natural remedy, or the working of the plasters.

Great stuff! Cloth patches/stickers soaked in chinese herbs reduce swelling and pain overnight. If your knees ache or shoulders hurt, slam your thumb with a hammer or anything like that. Cut a patch to the size you want, stick it on before you go to bed and swelling is reduced 90% overnight. My accupuncturist sells this for 4x the price per box and highly recommends it to her clients. I found it here for a fraction of the cost and use it several times on a week on aching joints.
