Absolutley love this! It tastes really nice. You can mix it with milk or alternative milk-I used oat milk.It does keep you full aswell. I will be buying more of this. It's good value for money compares to buying the ready made shakes like Huel.

So rather than using this with water like it says on the packet, ive been doing one leveled scoop with 300ml soya milk. doing it like this has lasted me about a week and 3 days which equates to 20 meals? since im having it twice a day. (but i am using 1 carton of soya milk per 3 meals, so im going through milk like no tomorrow)£17 for 20 meals is, amazing for me. i've managed to lose a pound in that time but if i have lower calorie snacks between shakes i recon i could lose 2 or 3pounds a week.the taste is good and chocolatey, and its well paired with soya milk. if you whisk it instead of shaking it, it can get small lumps, but they dont change the texture really, they just look odd. the overall texture is a bit dusty? grainy? but its not so noticeable that it would ruin your day and ive certainly gotten used to it to the point i dont notice anymore.Either way i will be buying this again.

This meal replacement is absolutely marvellous. I started it 2 weeks ago, a friend bought it for me. It keeps me full until my evening meal. I have one serving for breakfast and one for lunch. No hunger pangs at all and no snacking in between meals. It works for me. My only moan is not enough in a pack, but worth the price. Happy it has all the essential vitamins and minerals. Perfect. I recommend this 100 per cent. I will keep buying this until I reach my goal weight. I have found a meal replacement that works. Thank you.

i would not say this is value for money as it is quite expensive for the amount you get. you have to use two scoops and due to the fact that there is not that much in the packet you do not get a lot of servings out of it. so to get through one week you would need more than one packet, at this price that will get expensive. I did find that I was not hungry on it so it probably would be a good product to use but really could not afford to find out.

Love this, one of the best I've tried, it's nice and chocolatey but not too sweet
