I’ve gone through many waist trainers, and this one is the best!!! Very comfortable and actually makes me sweat a lot without using anything extra. And it comes with a pouch to wash it in. I’m glad I purchased this one. I think the price is perfect

My sister who is a former fitness instructor introduced me to this product. This band made me look 20 pounds skinnier even my kids noticed; and weirdly I actually did lose weight and was 7 pounds lighter; I know that water weight is not the same as fat loss but I can’t help but wonder if I drank more water to compensate for the sweating and therefore ate less and therefore, actually lost weight. I think a case control study might give us more answers but people are too busy profiting off pharmaceutical products, so obviously there will be no scientific evidence for this any time soon and the lack of it will therefore shut down all the positive responses. Give it a try, I’m buying another one. Beware dehydration headaches are a side effect, drink lots of water to compensate for it. Take it off at night or the headaches will be more intense the next day! That was the only negative for me, everything else awesome!

Love this belt. if you're working out or going for a run, you will sweat a lot. I don't put it on my skin; I prefer to put a tank top and then the belt. It does help to get rid of belly fat with a nice balance diet. The price is just right too.

I have bought at least three different brands and types of waist cincher and back brace items. Most come in one size fits all up to a 46" waist, my waist is 24-26 inches so it wrapped around twice. This is a size small, it is 36" if stretched, so it fits perfectly and gives me room to tighten or loosen with a generous overlap, but not entirely too much. Other brands I've had are 81/2 to 9 inches wide. The 8 inch width of this item is perfect. It covers the area of my waist without hitting my leg or bra. It is very comfortable and flexible when worn and does not have those horrid stays. I am very impressed. If you are a petite person and cannot find a back brace or waist cincher that fits, I would suggest that you give this a try.

I love the durability, softness, compression. And look. The tone color is great. I haven't worked out wearing it yet. I have worn it for 9 hours while at work and I love it its not bulky and you can't tell you're wearing it in fitted clothing.

This has always been #1 in my sweat waist cincher. If your ready to sweat within minutes, get one now. In the pic, you'll see a previous one that I had for abt 8 yrs then it began to tear roughly 2 weeks ago. It never fails, the sweat will begin and won't stop. Both are smalls but this new one is a little wider and shorter in length which I really like. I think it's good to give measurements so hopeful this helps: Ht (5'6) / Wt (148)

I love this sweat band! I use it on the elliptical and my core is definitely sweating way more. It def helped me trim down on my waist! Recommend!
