I bought this tea to help ease a cough I have had since boxing day and it really seems to be helping and it tastes delicious too

But not for my taist

I bought it because i read has a huge quantity of vitamin c and helps with imune system. The needles r veryyy big. And the colour is kinda weird. Like when u have mould in leaves. But tastes nice and smells like pine.

Good quality and nice refreshing flavour. 50g goes a long way. One teaspoon in a small teapot per day. Just keep topping up the water and the oils from the pine needles will keep brewing. Lovely. Very pleased.

Not that I’ve ever done it but it’s like licking a woodland floor or eating compost
