No, I don't think so. My daughter was in a 5 at the time I ordered hers but if you size up, then they should fit.

My little girl has fat feet, is the band on top really tight?

it was tight on my the baby who had very fat feet but on my grand daughter not at all.

On the 1-3T size, are the sole really 4.33 inches as description says?

Yes, the zipper socks fit great and stop my grand daughter from removing her socks all day. They are also slip resistant on my porcelain floors.
