For some reason this battery died in less than a year. I contacted the seller and they sent a new one immediately as part of their warranty. Thank you for your great customer service

There isn't much to say about this battery that isn't already mentioned on the website. It looks just like the picture and fits into my Hoover and begins charging. Next day I went to use the vac and the lights were flashing red and the battery did not power up and work. Yes, I did see the notice that the battery would do this if the vac was hot. But that wasn't the case. The vac had not been used for 24 hours when I placed the battery into be charged. Other reviews indicated similar problems but since this seemed to have such high ratings anyhow I took a chance. I lost, and am now returning it but I'll have to drive 30 minutes to bring it to a UPS store so I'm sorry I didn't head the more negative reviews earlier so now I'm having the same experience they had.

The battery quit working less than 5 month. Not much use and will not charge.

This battery works well & I love not having a cord on my vacuum & the battery lasted for about a year. The new battery is good, but it takes a very long time to charge.

Bought in January '22.... died in april '22.Review update...company reached out to me when I left my 1 star review of product and provided a new battery free of charge. Was not expecting that, battery was past the return window. Not completely sold on the quality of the battery yet(only been a week since replacement) but the customer service is more than I expected and was definitely appreciated.10-2-22 Replacement battery still going strong. I suspect I received a lemon for my first battery. Ive even purchased another one and it also is still working properly. Between the customer service and good budget battery Ive upgraded to 5 stars.

I wish the battery would have lasted longer. It only lasted 1.5 years before completely dying. It will not charge. It will not run. The lights do not glow anymore to even show a charge. It’s just dead. I tried a bunch of chargers which work my other batteries.

It’s been hit and miss trying to recharge. I’ve only had it 4 months and now it will not charge.
