These are so cute and sturdy and very well made. I was expecting the individual pieces to be much larger though. I measured the pieces and each one is a 1.2 inch per side square . I was pleasantly surprised to note that all are double sided and there are different letters on each side - no pattern there. And also I got 30 letters and not 26 so we can make more words at a time!Because of the size not comfortable having toddlers play with it and putting it in their mouth, but little older children is OK

The blocks are pretty true to the picture that’s advertised. They are small and evenly square on all sides so they stack nicely. The set includes the full alphabet and because they are double-sided there are repeats of some of the letters, which is nice if using for a craft or project or just using them to spell simple/short words. I like them. My toddler likes them.Note: I’d recommend them for children that are past the stage of putting toys in their mouth since these are wooden and quite small.

These are made of wood, excellently carved, and well-painted. These are 'the real deal' and I recommend them to anyone looking for alphabet blocks. Ours are for use as props in an upcoming novel, but hey ... they're great!

They are the perfect little shapes, all the colors are bright and vivid, they seem sturdy enough to hold up in a classroom. I also like the little bag they come in. However, the shapes are only about 2 inches tall and the “jumbo” in the name definitely tricked me even when I saw the measurements on the listing. They’d be perfect for individual work with students, but not great tool to be holding up in front of the class to teach with since they’re so small. I put a skinny expo marker in the photo so you can see the size comparison.

I ordered these for my little girl.When we first opened the package i was a bit bummed that while they say jumbo shapes. They arent really that big. But then i realized, each shape fits comfortably in my 3 year olds hand so thats actually just fine. They are extremely light weight. They stack beautifully and the ball makes a great bowling ball! My daughter loves to stack and sort, so having a bag for her to carry them in is essential. The bag is a inexpensive little drawstring canvas bag, which works perfectly. Its super light weight and fits the shapes plus lots of extra space. For instance she has some ponies in it as well. It slings perfectly over her arm and she is loving it. The colors are all bright and exactly as pictured. All in all this is a great product for a toddler! She can count, stack, work with her colors and shapes.

They are smaller than I expected. The word jumbo really had me fooled

My son loves them it's perfect for him to learn and play blocks, I bought them like 7 years ago I still have them

i was not expecting these blocks to be so tiny and some already have cracks!
