I'm a believer!
Pain in your shoulders, back, neck, or just about anywhere...this will get you through it. Always be careful around your spine. This thing has stopped many tension headaches and even vertigo from setting in. Guy at work introduced it to me, I got one for Christmas, and then bought one for my parents. I'm a believer!

Ahh. Sweet relief.
A little flexible as people have said, but you can still apply plenty of pressure. Great tool for pinpoint pressure on the painful knots.

but this is just horrible. It's made out of regular PVC plastic piping ...
Sorry, but this is just horrible. It's made out of regular PVC plastic piping (like you'd buy at Home Depot), and looks just like something someone glued together in their garage. And, the worst part is that since PVC is so flexible, there's not enough pressure applied to trigger points when trying to work a kink out of your back, no matter how hard you pull. (And, you shouldn't have to pull hard anyhow...). Too much hassle to return it so tossed it straight into the trash. Also found out from a friend the name of what I THOUGHT I was buying (thinking they must be all the same ? They're NOT...) which is the "Backnobber II" Bought one of those from Amazon, and it's PERFECT. It's everything this cheap imitation isn't: well-designed, well-made, and light/STRONG plastic that allows you to easily put LOTS of pressure onto needy massage spots. Buyer beware ... : )

It works!
Although this is more flexible than I expected, it works really well. I can target the knots in my shoulder or neck easily.

not as good...
Not as good as the wood lomistick previously offered at amazon. This one has too much give..much harder to work . Simply not as effective and costs more

Not as great as I had imagined
Not as great as I had imagined, but helpful if you don't have a friend or significant other to rub out the back of your shoulder. I think a tennis ball on the floor is more effective personally. It is more flexible than I would have liked, but I do use it from time to time for some relief.

It gets the kinks out.
I bought this for my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter is a personal trainer and had borrowed one from a friend. She says it really works the knots out of her back so I got her and my granddaughter one. They really love it.

Great massage bar, easy to use and get at the trouble spots!

This product does the trick, but it does feel kind of flimsy which makes it tough to really dig in with.

This works great, but is not as solid as I would have liked. I probably could have guessed this had I read the description better and realized that the majority of the 'bar' is plastic. It still works very well, but I feel that one made of a more solid material would be better.

Plastic is too soft and the large hook flexes very easily making it not apply pressure properly, which is the whole point of this product. I used one that a friend had, wish I knew where to get the same one, and it was solid with no flex. The smaller hook doesn’t flex quite as much and is quite usable, which is why I give it 2 instead of 1 star.

Didn't do anything I had anticipated that it would do.
