Sun Shade Sail Hardware Kit with 4pcs 10ft Length Extension Nylon Wire Rope, Triangle Rectangle Shade Canopy, 304 Stainless Steel, Garden Outdoors

This is a good complete set enabling me to easy hang our sun shade. The turnbuckles were a little loosely threaded but a little bit of blue thread lock solved it.

We got this hardware to go along with a sunshade/sail for the back yard. The hardware is good quality, and was easy enough to install. I had to think about how best to use it, but once figured out, its pretty cool. The tightening mechanism works really well, and once installed with plenty of left over threads to utilize as the sail stretches out, I found it to work as advertised. It's been a couple of months since I installed it, and the hardware has held to 3 wind storms, all pulling on that sail even with 30 MPH wind. Impressed with the hardware.

This kit worked great for the installation of our new 16 x 20 sun/shade sail over our 3,300 gallon Koi pond. The kit had everything I needed to tightly hang my large sail plus some pieces left over that I will use in other projects. The coated stainless steel wires and other components in the kit are very strong and easy to work with. A few days after I installed the sail we had heavy winds 20-40 miles per hour with gusts to 45 mph. The sail had no problem staying attached. A few weeks later we had thunderstorms with strong winds and heavy rain totaling over 6 inches total overnight. The sail did form a belly from the weight of the water when the rain was the heaviest but the water wicked on through and the sail returned to its former shape as the sun dried it out. A large limb fell out of a tree close by and put a 'dent' in the sail but that went away in a few days. I attached the sail to two 4 x 6 posts on the west side 2 feet higher than the 2 posts on the east side for a slanted look. I may decide to increase the slope another foot or more. We like the slanted look but can see how having the peaked look where two opposing post are high and the other 2 are lower making a diagonal ridge like a roof ridge would be better in shedding rain. This kit does the job very well and proved to be strong and durable. GOOD BUY!

This kit has you covered! The tension twisty things make it easy to snug up the corner ropes.

Very happy with this kit. Great value. You will easily spend twice the cost if not more at the Home Depot for these parts. I needed an extra carabiner, and that was $10 alone at HD for similar strength Screws could definitely be better. I stripped the head using the impact gun, but overall they seem to hold fine
